From our family to yours

Thank you, Fall 2026!

To everyone who came out for our Fall Festival, from the Haunted Pumpkin Patch and the walk-thru to the Halloween Drive-In, the jump pad and the market: thank you. You filled the farm with love and happiness and made our season one to remember.

The pumpkins are resting up for next fall. Until then, we're getting the farm ready for an old-fashioned Christmas, just like the ones you remember.

Growing on the farm

What we're planting

We've spent long days putting new trees, bushes, and crops in the ground. Little by little, we're turning our vision into reality.

  • Baldwins Creek Farm - Hopewell Township, NJ: rows of newly planted apple, peach and plum trees beside mulched beds of young blueberry bushes under a blue sky

    The orchard & blueberry fields

    • Apple trees
    • Peach trees
    • Plum trees
    • Blueberry bushes

What was once an open field is slowly turning into the orchard we’ve been planning for so long. Our goal is a pick-your-own experience where families can walk the rows and pick fresh apples, peaches, plums and blueberries right here at the farm.

It takes a few years for everything to get established and start producing.

  • Baldwins Creek Farm - Hopewell Township, NJ: a field of young Norway spruce saplings planted in rows in front of red and orange fall trees

    Norway spruce

    • Norway spruce trees

We’ve been planting Norway spruce around the farm. They’ll add beautiful greenery to the property, give shelter to wildlife and keep improving the land as they grow.

Planting something small today and watching how much it changes over the years.

Pick-your-own is still a few seasons away. Follow along as it grows — we can't wait to share it with your family.
